Ruby’s Cherry Mocha 

A luscious blend of Vienna Coffee’s “Little River” style Espresso, premium Ghirardelli Chocolate, Monin Cherry Syrup and fresh milk. 

Enjoy it steaming hot or bended, frozen “Brain Freeze” style. 

Brain Freeze:

  • Two shots of freshly drawn Espresso
  • 1 oz. of Ghirardelli premium Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa Sauce
  • 1/2 oz. of Monin Cherry Syrup
  • 3 oz. fresh milk
  • 4 Tbls. (1.5 oz.) “Secret sauce”
Fill 16-20 oz. cup with ice & transfer to blender.
Add all ingredients & blend till Smooth.

Decorate inside of a clear cup with Chocolate ribbons, pour in Mocha, top with whipped cream & a drizzle of chocolate or cherry finishing sauce.
 

Traditional (16 ounce):

  • Two shots of freshly drawn Espresso
  • 1 oz. of Ghirardelli premium Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa Sauce
  • 1/2 oz. of Monin Cherry Syrup
  • 10-11 oz. Fresh cold milk
 
Stir the shots, chocolate & cherry syrup well.  Steam the milk (don’t try to make much foam) & pour quickly into a tall mug. Top with whipped cream & a drizzle of chocolate or cherry finishing sauce.
