Café Femenino
Coffee Project is a social program for women coffee producers – many of
whom are trapped in a cycle of abuse and poverty. Participating in the
Café Femenino Project helps them achieve empowerment, build social and
support networks and earn incomes through harvesting and producing
their own special, high quality organic coffee, Café Femenino.
Haven House will receive a share of the profits from the sale of Café
Femenino coffee in our area. With your purchase, you’re assisting
local women who are struggling with the complex issue of domestic
abuse. Chances are good that your neighbor, friend, relative, or you
have experienced violence in your home. As a community, we need to
reach out to these families with resources and hope for the future.
