This coffee, grown high in the southern mountains exhibits the brisk, bright acidity, delicate flavor and medium body characteristic of the better Mexican estate coffees. It tends to do well roasted dark and is a base for espresso and several of our darker, breakfast blends. This variety is roasted “Viennese” or medium dark.
